Your physician is paid to provide your primary care medical services and if you seek care elsewhere (Urgent Care, Other Walk-in Clinics, Weight Loss Centres) your doctor is penalized by the Ministry of Health. If you are seeking a service you feel your doctor does not provide, please discuss this with your doctor who will provide you with a referral or advice.
Do not hesitate to call our office if you have an urgent concern. In the event of an emergency, please go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Your doctor prefers to see his or her own patients, and the best way for this to be accomplished is if patients call for an appointment. You may also request non-urgent appointments by sending an e-mail to appt@cachetmedicl.ca If your doctor is not in the clinic, or is fully booked with appointments, a member of the group will accommodate your needs based on urgency.
